the USA ORDER FORM Button below and it will take you to the Order Form. Just fill it out, PRINT a copy
for your records (if desired), SUBMIT it, then make your payment by CLICKING on the PAYPAL LOGO. It's
that easy! You will be directed you to PayPal Page where you'll see a box on the upper left below
"Item Price". Just fill in the TOTAL DUE amount from your ORDER FORM, press UPDATE, then
proceed to pay. I'll receive your Order and Payment the next time I check my e-mail and can get your
package ready to ship, often the same day.

Any local taxes, duties or custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery.
